Practice Chart
Print out this chart to keep track of your practice and progress. Keeping track of your practice helps you stay consistent and reach your goals. It is also a great way to see how much progress you may (or may not) have achieved over the course of a month. Mark down which exercises you practiced and for how long. It is also helpful to mark down how you felt after your practice or tips that helped you reach your goals. I like to keep my charts in a 3-Ring binder. Try it!
