Find out more about my mind-body prescriptions for your workplace, school or home. I offer lessons virtually and in person at your space or at my clinic in Boston, Massachusetts where I have a variety of tools to help deal with stress, chronic conditions, prevention and wellness. 

My 12 week programs keep you and your team balanced, energetic, focused, and happy. Instruction can be tailored to fit any space, age, and mobility level at home or in the office.
