I teach virtually and in person at your space or at my clinic in Boston, Massachusetts where I have a variety of tools to help deal with stress, chronic conditions, prevention and sleeplessness. I also teach meditation, martial arts, Tai Chi and Qigong.

No special equipment or experience needed.
