You will develop your strength and flexibility, increase oxygen intake and tap into the power of your mind to improve your quality of life.

Self-Massage

While breathing deeply, massage the internal organs from right to left in a circular, spiraling motion. Follow a clockwise direction, the same direction of the movement of the food in our intestines. You want to help encourage that movement. Can also be done sitting and lying down.
